Affirming words mean action and have the power to change circumstances, as ASÉ also translates into life force energy.

Who would have imagined an automotive collision expert transitioning into a travel agency owner, curating luxury experiences with a focus on sustainability and conservation? Meet our founder, Ash Swords.
For over a decade, Ash led top-performing teams at some of Atlanta’s most successful collision centers, known for her strategic leadership and ability to deliver exceptional results. But after a life-changing injury in December 2022, she faced the harsh reality of burnout and the necessity for healing. Refusing to let it define her, Ash made the courageous decision to transform her life and career.
“One day, I woke up and realized I couldn’t continue traversing the same path. I was exhausted, mentally and physically drained from the relentless stress and constant battles as a female leader in the automotive industry. Travel had always been my sanctuary, the one thing that truly restored my spirit. It literally saved my life in February 2022 when I nearly removed myself from this Earth. I knew then that I wanted to create something extraordinary: A travel agency dedicated to combating burnout and overwhelm in people, with the ability to reconnect them to themselves through mindful travel."
Today, Ash channels her resilience and passion into curating bespoke journeys that go beyond traditional luxury travel. Her agency is built on the principles of regenerative and transformational tourism, ensuring that every experience is both enriching for her clients and respectful of the destinations they visit.
