Our Process & Service Fees

Prior to the discovery call, you will be provided our Journey Design Form. This is where we get to know your passions, desires and interests. We’ll discuss your preferred travel style after completing our traveler quiz, as well as destination ideas and aspirations for your journey. We will answer your questions and share more about our services and design fees.

If we mutually decide that we are a good fit for each other, then the fun begins! After we've received the design fee payment, we’ll begin co -crafting your itinerary. We customize all of our designs to your particular journey and desires. By co-creating all experiences, we ensure the proper destination aand experience is planned for your journey. We’ll review with you and refine any details until it’s the perfect fit. 

Leave every last logistical detail to us, as we’ll book and manage all of your travel arrangements. Your finalized itinerary will have every trip detail in an easy-to-use app right on your phone! You can relax and enjoy the anticipation, knowing every detail is being handled for you. Enjoy your much needed journey!  

If you are traveling on short notice and needing services rendered immediately. If we have the ability to assist, an expedited fee will be assessed. This is in addition to our custom design fees. 

Small group journeys, Family trips and solo adventures with one destination, including one week or less. Depending on the intricacies and excursions will determine the fee price, this will all be discussed during our discovery call. 

Small group journeys, Individual family trips and solo adventures with multi-destination, including up to two weeks maximum. Depending on the intricacies  and excursions will determine the fee price, this will all be discussed during our discovery call.
